Wish I can have a piece from you to taste it. My mother in-law is a Teochew but her recipe for this snack varies and the result isn't always the same. You can cook glutinous rice using a rice cooker, steamer or on a stove. This is one of my favourite kueh! Add seasoning and stir-fry until well combined.
